RULES & GUIDELINES

The Competition Will Feature Three Rounds:

1. Speed Round
   Think you’re the fastest behind the bar? Now’s your chance to prove it. Show off your skills in a head-to-head speed challenge.

2. Trivia & Knowledge
   Get your buzzer hand ready! Compete against fellow bartenders in a fast-paced cocktail trivia showdown.

3. Original Cocktail Creation
   Everyone’s favorite part—bring your creativity to life and present your original cocktail to a panel of judges.

Cocktail Guidelines:

• Must include one spirit from the Global Spirits list below.

• All recipes must be original. Suspected plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

• Cocktails must include 3 to 6 ingredients (including dashes, drops, or bitters).

• Solids (garnishes) do not count toward the ingredient total.

• Maximum alcohol content: 74ml (2.5oz).

• All measurements must be listed in milliliters (ml).

• Base spirits will be provided from a pre-approved list.

• Homemade ingredients (syrups, bitters, juices, etc.) must include a detailed recipe and preparation method.

• Standard bar tools (shakers, strainers, muddlers, spoons, mixing glasses) will be provided. Any specialty tools must be brought by the contestant and approved in advance.

Note: Base spirits and standard juices (lime, lemon, grapefruit, etc.) will be provided free of charge. Contestants are responsible for supplying any homemade or specialty ingredients.
