Mix It Up Mixology was founded in 2024 by Aaron Malley and Sophie Allain. Based out of Moncton New Brunswick. Aaron has traveled the world as a bartender and cocktail educator—training aspiring mixologists everywhere from the hidden cocktail bars of Vancouver to the most prestigious resorts in the Maldives. Aaron has earned multiple accolades, winning cocktail competitions with brands like Jose Cuervo and White Claw. Now based in the Maritimes, he focuses on teaching cocktail classes, designing custom drink menus, and hosting engaging public events that celebrate the craft of Mixology.
